What Is Parimatch?

Parimatch is an online betting website where you can place bets on sports games, casino games, and other events. We’re licensed and operate legally. You can reach our support team at support@parimailbet.com anytime.

Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Parimatch. No exceptions. If we find out you’re under 18:

  • Your account will close immediately
  • All your bets are cancelled
  • You won’t get any winnings
  • Your money will be returned

It’s also your job to check if online betting is legal where you live. We don’t provide legal advice about your country’s laws.

Creating Your Account

When you create a Parimatch account, you must:

  • Give your real name and correct birthdate
  • Use a valid email address
  • Provide your real address
  • Create a strong password

IMPORTANT: You can only have ONE account. If you create multiple accounts using different emails or names:

  • All accounts will close
  • All bets will be cancelled
  • You won’t get any winnings
  • You may be permanently banned

Keep Your Password Safe

Your password is your responsibility. Don’t share it with anyone. If someone else uses your login details:

  • All bets are considered YOUR bets
  • You’re responsible for all money lost
  • We’re not responsible for unauthorized access

If you think someone got your password:

  1. Change it immediately
  2. Email support@parimailbet.com
  3. Tell them what happened

Use a strong password with numbers, letters, and symbols. Change it every few months.

Which Countries Can’t Use Parimatch?

If you live in these countries, you CAN’T use Parimatch:

  • United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Germany
  • Some US states and Canadian provinces
  • Russia, Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan
  • Other restricted countries

Using a VPN to hide your location is NOT allowed. If caught:

  • Your account closes immediately
  • All bets are cancelled
  • Your money may be held

Depositing Money

You can deposit money using:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller)
  • Mobile payment apps (Google Pay, Phone Pay)

IMPORTANT DEPOSIT RULES:

  • The payment must be from an account in YOUR name only
  • Don’t use someone else’s card
  • Deposits usually appear instantly
  • Some bank transfers take 1-3 business days
  • Parimatch is not responsible for bank delays

You can set deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) to control spending. You can lower limits immediately. Raising limits takes at least 30 days.

Betting Rules

Once you place a bet:

  • It cannot be changed or cancelled
  • You’re locked into the odds shown
  • Once confirmed, it’s final

The bet is accepted when:

  • It appears in your “Bet History”
  • It shows a unique bet ID number
  • Parimatch confirms the bet

IMPORTANT: Each betting market has a MAXIMUM PAYOUT LIMIT. No matter how much you win, you can’t get more than the maximum shown in our betting rules. For example, if the maximum payout is ₹100,000 and you win ₹200,000, you only get ₹100,000.

Understanding Your Bets

Different bets have different rules:

  • Single bets: One selection
  • Multiple/Parlay bets: Several selections
  • Live bets: Betting during the game

Read the rules before betting. Each sport may have different settlement rules.

When Bets Are Cancelled

We may cancel your bets if:

  • The event is cancelled or postponed
  • The event doesn’t happen within expected time
  • We suspect fraud or match fixing
  • You break our rules
  • The odds were clearly wrong (system error)

If your bet is cancelled, you get your money back.

Withdrawing Your Money

You can withdraw money anytime if:

  • Your account is in good standing
  • You’ve completed identity verification (ID check)
  • No investigation is happening on your account
  • You haven’t broken any rules

WITHDRAWAL TIMES:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days
  • E-wallets: Usually 24 hours

We process withdrawals within 1 business day. Banks may take longer.

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM:

  • Minimum withdrawal: Usually ₹500
  • Maximum withdrawal: Depends on your account
  • Ask support if you need higher limits

IMPORTANT: To withdraw, you must have wagered at least 70% of your deposited amount. This is standard industry practice.

Bonuses and Free Bets

If we offer bonuses:

  • They have specific terms and rules
  • You must meet wagering requirements

  • You can’t withdraw them as cash (must bet with them)
  • Bonuses can only be used once
  • Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses again is fraud

Proving Your Identity (KYC)

We can close your account anytime if:

  • You provide false information
  • You break these rules
  • You engage in fraud
  • We suspect illegal activity
  • You’re in a restricted country
  • You need it for legal reasons

You can also close your account yourself anytime by contacting us. You’ll get any remaining balance back.

What We’re Not Responsible For

Parimatch is NOT responsible for:

  • System errors or technical problems
  • Website being down or slow
  • Your lost bets or money
  • Your gambling addiction
  • Missed betting opportunities
  • Internet connection problems
  • Your account being hacked (if password was shared)
  • Bank delays or payment issues
  • Losses from betting (you accept the risk)

Disputes and Complaints

  3. If we say no and you disagree, you can escalate
